- Apply for a mortgage loan and create your online account.
- Applicants can log in to check notifications and manage their web account on an in-process mortgage.
- Receive and upload required loan documents safely and securely.
- When logged in, the borrowers Home Page displays their "To-Do Lists" indicating tasks to complete. Each task represents a set of documents to review, sign and/or upload. Depending on the type of task, the borrower can attach electronic files, eSign electronic documents, or print documents that must be wet signed.
- Applicant can review loan details, notifications, previous uploads, perform any eSigning functions needed, etc.
- Applicants are notified by email when the status of a loan changes or when the loan originator sends document requests to the applicant.
